290 Therapy provides culturally responsive therapy for Black women in Bloomington, Illinois and across the state. All sessions are held virtually, so you can meet from wherever you actually are.

We work with clients throughout McLean County and Central Illinois, including Bloomington, Normal, Peoria, Champaign, Decatur, Lincoln, Pontiac, and Clinton, as well as clients anywhere else in Illinois.

Getting Here

Our Bloomington office is on East Washington Street, just off Veterans Parkway. We're next to the YMCA, before you reach State Farm.

Most sessions are held online, and clients meet with us from anywhere in Illinois. In-person availability at the Bloomington location is limited.
