290 Therapy provides culturally responsive therapy for Black women in Forney, Texas and across the state. All sessions are held virtually, which means you can meet from home, from your car before pickup, or from wherever you can find a door that closes.

We work with clients throughout Kaufman County and the eastern Dallas metro, including Forney, Mesquite, Terrell, Sunnyvale, Heath, Rockwall, Crandall, and Kaufman, as well as clients anywhere else in Texas.

Getting Here

We're located in Forney, just off Highway 80, a few blocks from the new Costco on FM 460.

Most sessions are held online, and clients meet with us from anywhere in Texas. In-person availability at the Forney location is limited.

We also serve clients throughout Mesquite, Terrell, Kaufman, Rockwall, Heath, Crandall, and Sunnyvale.
