About Virtual Therapy
All sessions at 290 Therapy are held virtually, over a secure video platform. You do not need to drive anywhere, arrange childcare, or sit in a waiting room.
Virtual therapy is as effective as in-person work for most concerns, and many clients find it easier to be honest from their own space. You will need a private place to sit and a reliable internet connection. That is it.
To meet with me, you need to be physically located in Texas or Illinois at the time of your session, since those are the states where I am licensed.

15 Minute Consultation: Free
Initial Assessment: $225
Individual Session: $200
Group: $47
Insurance accepted: Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Health / United Behavioral Health, Aetna Better Health, Health Alliance, and other major carriers.
A Good Faith Estimate is provided to all self-pay clients as required under the No Surprises Act.
