Burnout Might Not Be Your Problem
Most people think they're burned out.
They're exhausted. Overwhelmed. Resentful. Running on empty.
And while burnout is real, I've started asking a different question:
What if burnout isn't the problem?
What if burnout is the symptom?
For many women, burnout is what happens after months—or even years—of self-betrayal.
Self-betrayal isn't always dramatic. It's staying longer than you know you should. It's saying yes when your body is screaming no. It's ignoring your needs, silencing your voice, and repeatedly choosing everyone else at your own expense.
